  Bought a mill and am happy with it, but Norwood's customer services is absolutely terrible. Knowing what I know about the way they treat their customers, I would have bought a wood-mizer if I had it to do over. Even if I did have a sense that they appreciated me as a customer, their website is archaic. You'd think an international company would be able to afford to put together an online store that would facilitate ordering their products or parts, but making the lives of their customers easier is clearly not a priority for this company. If you buy a Norwood Mill, don't buy it from the company.
